NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that the Register of Share holders of State Bank of Travancore will remain closed from Wednesday, the 8^th May 2013 to Thursday the 9^th May 2013 (both days  inclusive ) for payment of final dividend for the 12  months period ended the 31^stMarch 2013 (ie. 1^stApril 2012 to 31^st March 2013) to the shareholders whose names stand registered in the books of the Bank as on the 7^th of May 2013.
