NOTICE

The Bank has declared a final dividend of `3.00 (Rupees Three only) per share to its shareholders for the year 2012– 13, at its Board Meeting held on 26.04.2013. 

Pursuant to Clause 16 of the Listing Agreement notice is hereby given that, from 8^th May 2013 to 9^th May 2013 has been fixed as date of  Book Closure for taking a record of its shareholders for payment of the final dividend, on 15.05.2013.
