NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that the Register of Shareholders of State Bank of Travancore will remain closed from Friday, the 30^th April 2010 to Thursday, the 6^th May 2010 (both days inclusive) for payment of dividend (if any) for the 12 month period ended the 31^st March, 2010 (i.e. 1^st April 2009 to 31^st March, 2010) to the Shareholders whose names stand registered in the books of the Bank as on the 29^th April 2010.
